More activities!

Hi,

May is coming to an end but we can't let it pass without just one more blog entry, can we? So here it is: more picnics in the forest and even a 4 day trip up north.

In the end all the activity was a little bit much for us all so this week we are taking it easy and saving our powers for next big event: A week in Turkey with the Pressler family :-)
Here we go!

Fast forward.....

Hi all,
Dudi is growing and moving fast forward in a lot of things. She is rolling around from her stomach to her back and around again, she grabs everything on her way and the world is just a whole new, fantasting and interesting place! No need to say that we are very proud and starting to plan her academic career ;-)

Many pictures have been taken since last time so no more words.....

Enjoying a Friday afternoon .....

You can never have enough baths......

Maybe I will be a computer expert like my grandfather?

Spring fever!

Hi again,

it's almost May and at almost 5 months old, Davida had her first fever this week. Lasted 3 whole days and caused our first real worry. Don't worry too - she is back to normal again :-)

This week was also Israel's 59th Independance Day. We had big plans, among them a spring picnic with friends. But plans change.....and instead we had a picnic on our very own living room floor just the three of us. Was very nice, exept that Gil was a bit disappointed as he had planned to take many pictures ;-) Oh well, another time....
Apart from that, Dudi and Ima went to Haifa to meet with Veronica's "Danish mothers/fathers in Israel" group and had a great time talking Danish :-) Also, we met with Hagit, Dovi and Ilay. Hagit and Veronica met in the hospital before birth and helped each other make the time go by faster.....

Here are some of the pictures he did manage to take since our last blog entry:

4 months!

Hi again,

sorry for the long wait since the last post. Its been a busy time with Veronica back at work and Dudi at daycare. It is going well and she is learning many new things from the other children there :-)
Gil took her to the baby clinic yesterday to get her second vaccination and for those who are interested she now weights 6 kg and is 61 cm long.

Happy Pesach and Easter to everyone. We spent our seder night at Sabaraba's in Kibbutz Yakum and had a really nice evening. Also it was Dudi's 4 month "birthday" so she got the chance to celebrate it with the family.

Its nice and warm now so we got Dudi a summer hat. She looks so sweet but you have to wait for a picture of that for next time....

Pesach seder at Kibbutz Yakum.....

Ahh, bath time.......

Good night and see you next time........

Spring!

Hi all,
Spring is here and we have had really nice weather the last few weeks. That means that we have spend more of our time outdoors and getting a bit of color on our white cheeks.

Davida is now three months old and things are really happening! She is all smiles all the time (almost) and among many things she can now roll from the stomach to the back. Oh, how she makes her parents proud ;-)

So here are the pictures from the last weeks different activities: picnic in the park, nature trips watching flowers (Gil through the lens most of the time) and going to the Golan Hights (thanks Yoram and Lucy, we had a wonderful time :-))......

Dudi and Ima watching flowers.....and waiting...........while Aba takes picture :-)

A wonderful day in the park....

and finally some quality time at home.....
